Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rakvet.com, app.rakvet.com and the Rakvet service (the “Service”), between you (the customer) and Wootrendy LLC (“we”).

1. The Service

Rakvet is a business-to-business web application for real-estate professionals. It generates draft marketing texts from property information you provide. It is not a CRM, a publishing tool, a valuation service, a marketplace, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee leads or sales.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans and payments

• All plans are one-time payments in USD. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Time-limited plans give access for the stated number of calendar months and a total number of campaigns for that period. Unused campaigns expire at the end of the period.
• A plan bought while another is active starts when the current period ends.
• Lifetime gives access for as long as we operate the Service, with the number of campaigns per anniversary month of the volume purchased (50 to 250, not cumulative). It is not unlimited and does not include future paid third-party features. If we stop operating the Service, we will give reasonable advance notice by email.
• Top-ups add campaigns, do not extend access, and can only be used with an active plan.
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and can only be used in the Service.
• Monthly equivalents shown on the pricing page are for comparison only.
• Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the information and photos you upload and must have the right to use them. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content (including translations) for accuracy and legal compliance before publishing, including advertising, consumer-protection and anti-discrimination rules.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content; no attempts to bypass limits, abuse the AI, or access other users’ data.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If generation is paused for technical or cost reasons, your paid campaigns are not removed; see the refund policy for compensation.

7. Liability

Wootrendy LLC’s liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence still apply. Disputes will first attempt mediation; failing that, the competent courts of Wyoming will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to the courts of your home country.
