What are the volumes inside each plan?
Each plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale, Lifetime) has its own number of volumes, from 3 to 6. A bigger volume costs more but lowers the price per pack; the access period stays the same. Example: Starter is $15 for 10 packs or $55 for 50 packs, both for 1 month.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period of access. Nothing renews automatically; you choose whether to buy again.
What does “equivalent to $X/month” mean?
It is the plan price divided by the number of months, shown for comparison only. You are charged the full price once, at checkout.
Are quotas monthly?
No. For time-limited plans the number of packs is a total for the whole period. Lifetime gives a number of packs per anniversary month that depends on the volume you choose (17 to 83); unused ones do not roll over.
What is a Property Marketing Pack?
A complete marketing kit for one property: listings and titles, social posts, a Reel script, Story and carousel ideas, LINE and WhatsApp messages, objection replies, qualification questions and a call script — in the languages you choose — plus 3 social visuals and a short video. 1 pack = 100 credits; text alone uses 40, regenerating one item 8.
Are visuals and video included?
Yes. A full pack includes 3 AI-enhanced social visuals with your Brand Kit and a 5-second property video generated from your photos (10 or 15 seconds cost more credits). Quick branded visuals made directly from your own photo are free.
What happens when my access ends?
You keep reading and exporting your past packs, but you cannot generate new ones until you buy a plan. Unused packs of an ended plan expire.
Do top-ups extend my access?
No. Top-ups add packs but need an active plan to be used. They do not expire with your monthly Lifetime quota.
Can I buy a new plan before the current one ends?
Yes. The new period starts when the current one ends, and its packs become usable from that date.
Does the AI invent details?
It is instructed to use only the facts you provide and to leave out anything unknown. AI can still make mistakes: always review the content, especially translations, before publishing.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card payments through Stripe Checkout. Other methods are only offered if they are available for our account, your country and USD. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. Your statutory rights always apply.
Do you publish to social networks for me?
No. You copy or export the content and publish it yourself.
