Rakvet is operated by Wootrendy LLC, 75 East 3rd Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, which is responsible for the personal data processed by the Service. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, session records (IP address and user agent for security).
• Content you provide: property details, contact details you choose to include, photos.
• Billing: order history and Stripe identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never store them.
• Usage: generation logs (token counts, costs, errors) to operate and price the Service.

Processors

• Stripe (payments), OpenAI (text generation — property data is sent to generate content), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Resend (email), Hostinger (hosting).
• International transfers: these providers may process data outside your country. The final list, locations and transfer mechanisms will be published before billing opens.

Why

To provide the Service (contract), secure it (legitimate interest), and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation). No advertising profiling. Analytics are disabled by default.

Retention

• Campaigns: while your account exists; still readable and exportable after your access ends, until you delete them or your account.
• Accounting records: as long as required by tax and accounting law, kept after account deletion without name or email.
• Security logs: for a limited period, only to protect the Service.

Your rights

You can download your data and delete your account in Settings. For other requests (access, correction, objection), email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
